The Team Behind Your Performance
Personal Trainer and Strength Coach
Alix James is a former professional Muay Thai fighter who ran a Strength and Conditioning facility in Hong Kong from 2010-2016. Now a cornerstone of our Personal Training team, Alix has a passion for building strong, trusting relationships with his clients and improving their strength and fitness levels above and beyond what they thought they could achieve.
Academically Alix has a Bachelors Degree in Sports Science, a diploma in Sports Therapy and Remedial Massage, as well as many practical qualifications such as CrossFit L1&L2, NASM cPT, IKFSA Kettlebell certs amongst many others.
Alix’s passion and skillset mainly lie in body composition change and he is an ideal candidate for you if your goals include fat loss or muscle gain.
Physiotherapist & Strength Coach
Patrik is originally from Sweden and brings with him many years of experience as both a Physiotherapist and as a Strength Coach. Before joining SHP Patrik worked as Physiotherapist to the Swedish Military. His specialities are sports related shoulder injuries and spinal manipulations.
Patrik is an avid footballer and powerlifter. His love for powerlifting spurred him on to compete at national level; and presented him with the opportunity to coach the Swedish National Team.
Founder of SHP and responsible for the SHP Projects. Ian holds a Dr of Naprapathy degree and teaches at the Academy for Personal Training and lectures for Nike Sweden. He has vast experience in programming for professional and recreational athletes.
Personal Trainer & Nutritionist
Inger holds a BSc as a nutritionist from Stockholm’s University and a personal trainer certification from AFPT. She specializes in strength training for women and has won multiple fitness competitions in the middle east.
