OL- Optimal Loading (The best rehabilitation program for YOUR injury- seek guidance at a good physiotherapist)

I- Ice (cryotherapy for pain reduction)

C- Compression (most important aspect to limit the inflammation process and injury period)

E- Elevation (injured part of body needs to be higher than the heart)
